ART

Accelerated Resolution Therapy, faster healing, lasting change.

ART is a powerful, evidence-based therapy that helps you rewire how painful memories, trauma, and distressing images are stored in your brain, often in just 1 to 5 sessions. No homework. No reliving the past in detail. Just real, lasting relief.

What is ART?

Accelerated Resolution Therapy was developed by Laney Rosenzweig and combines elements of several effective therapies, including eye-movement desensitization (like EMDR). It uses guided eye movements to help your brain reprocess distressing images and the feelings attached to them.

The result is a structured, predictable process that works with your brain's natural ability to heal, gently and efficiently.

"You keep the memory, but lose the pain. That's the magic of ART."

How a session works.

01

You bring the issue

A memory, image, feeling, or situation that's been weighing on you, no need to explain every detail.

02

Guided eye movements begin

Dr. Crabb guides your eyes back and forth while you hold the image in mind, activating your brain's natural reprocessing system.

03

The image shifts

You're guided to replace the distressing image with something neutral or positive, one you choose.

04

You leave different

Most clients report feeling noticeably lighter, calmer, and more in control, often after just one session.

Who ART is for.

Trauma survivors

For those carrying the weight of past events that still surface in the present.

Veterans & first responders

For those whose work has exposed them to repeated stress, loss, and high-stakes moments.

Anxiety & phobias

For persistent fear or worry that limits how freely you move through daily life.

Intrusive thoughts

For images or thoughts that arrive uninvited and refuse to quiet down.

Feeling easily triggered

For a nervous system that reacts before you've had a chance to think.

Stuck grief & loss

For grief that has settled in and stayed, long past the point you expected it to move.

What to expect

  • No homework required
  • You stay in control of your story
