Privacy policy.
What this website collects, what it does not, and what happens to anything you send.
Effective July 18, 2026
This policy explains what this website collects when you visit it. It is separate from the Notice of Privacy Practices, which governs protected health information for people who become clients of the practice.
What this site collects
This website does not run analytics, advertising pixels, session recording, or behavioral tracking of any kind. There is no Google Analytics, no Meta Pixel, no Microsoft Clarity, and no heatmap or replay tooling. No cookies are set for tracking or advertising.
The only information collected is what you type into a form and send on purpose:
- General inquiry form: your name, email address, subject, and message.
- Speaking and workshop inquiry form: your name, email address, organization, event date, audience size, budget range, and event details.
- Email list sign-up: your email address.
Please do not send health information through this website
The forms on this site are for general and scheduling questions. They are not a secure channel for protected health information. Please do not include diagnoses, symptoms, medications, treatment history, or insurance identifiers in a website form. For clinical matters, call (702) 232-8077 or use the secure client portal at tanya-crabb.clientsecure.me.
How form messages are handled
Form submissions are relayed by FormSubmit, a third-party form-to-email service, and delivered to info@drbrooklynchick.com. Because that relay is not covered by a HIPAA business associate agreement, website forms are limited to non-clinical correspondence as described above. Clinical intake and all treatment communication happen inside the secure client portal.
Third-party services
- Cloudflare Pages hosts this website and logs standard request data, including IP address, for security and abuse prevention.
- Google Fonts serves the typefaces used on this site. Loading a font sends a request to Google servers.
- ClientSecure / SimplePractice handles booking and client communication under its own privacy terms and a business associate agreement.
- Substack hosts the Soul Space newsletter archive under its own privacy terms.
Links to outside websites, including press coverage, retailers, and social platforms, are governed by those sites' own policies, not this one.
How long information is kept
Inquiry emails are retained only as long as needed to respond and to keep an ordinary business record. Client records are governed by the Notice of Privacy Practices and by applicable state and federal retention requirements.
Your choices
You can ask what inquiry correspondence is held, ask for it to be deleted, or unsubscribe from the email list at any time using the link in any message or by writing to info@drbrooklynchick.com. Rights specific to protected health information are described in the Notice of Privacy Practices.
Children
This website is intended for adults. It is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If this policy changes, the effective date above is updated. Material changes will be noted on this page.
